Commission / Rewards Structure

Where applicable, commissions/rewards may be earned based on:

• Personal sales volume
• Team sales performance
• Achievement of rank qualifications
• Compliance with company policies

Important: Commission rates, bonus structures, and qualification requirements may be updated with notice on the platform.

Recruitment and Sponsorship

• You may recruit new members where permitted by our program rules
• All recruitment must be ethical and compliant with Malaysian laws
• You must not engage in illegal schemes
• Income representations must be truthful and include disclaimers

Territory and Market

Your membership is intended for operations within Malaysia unless otherwise specified. Cross-border operations (if any) may require prior approval.

Product Purchase Terms

Product Orders

When placing an order, you agree that:

• Product availability is subject to stock levels

• Compatibility with all devices or systems

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

Product Use Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure product quality:

• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure diseases
• Consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns
• We are not liable for allergic reactions where ingredients were disclosed

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healthie, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from:
